Dong Xiuhua

Prof. Dong Xiuhua earned her PhD degree at the East China Normal University, one of the best universities in China, and is now the director of the Institute of Human Resource Development of Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences. As a very intelligent and insightful researcher, she has published a lot of papers and books on higher education, accreditation and evaluation, international and comparative education, economics of education and educational administration. She is also one of the executive members of the Shanghai Council for Comparative Education, member of Shanghai Accreditation Council for Sino-Foreign Joint Educational Institutions, research fellow of the Australia Research Center of Shanghai University, and member of the Academic Board of Shanghai Society of Lifelong Learning. xiuhua_dong@hotmail.com
