Funding Opportunities

The National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning was launched by the Minister for Education and Skills, Ruairi Quinn, TD in November 2012. One of its key functions will be the adminstration of a national grants initiative, details of which will be posted here when available.

Cover of Grants Impact reportNAIRTL has disbursed more than 160 grants nationally to projects spanning all major discipline areas over the past four years. The objective of the NAIRTL grants initiative was to provide financial support to research proposals that endeavour to enhance student learning through developing innovative and creative approaches to teaching and assessment.
