Maura McGinn is the Director of Institutional Research in UCD where she works on internal and external reporting, survey design, development and analysis, data management and decision support. Maura has been a member of a number of steering groups on cross sectoral projects including the Irish University Survey, IUQB Institutional Research Guidelines, Strategic Planning Project to develop a set of nationally agreed KPIs.
