Dr Natalie Nic an Ghaill is the project co-ordinator for the implementation of the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) at the University of Limerick where she works on the development of frameworks and modelling tools for enhanced student feedback mechanisms, programme-centred student progression data and student inclusion in quality assurance activities.
