Professor Margaret Price is Director of the ASKe Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning and Director of an FDTL project, Engaging Students with Assessment Feedback. She was awarded a National Teaching Fellowship in June 2002 and undertakes research that is used to foster evidence-based assessment practice within the Higher Education sector. Research within ASKe focuses on the communication and understanding of assessment standards through social constructivist approaches and the strengthening of the learning community. In addition she has been actively involved in research into peer support for learning and criterion referenced assessment.
